In short, the JES Extender should be used the following way: Specially designed ring of plastic material is placed around the base of the penis. A plastic and silicone holder is fastened around the penis head. Between the ring and the holder, two dynamic metal bars are attached applying a varible tension between 600 and 1.500 gram. The tension is regulated by adjusting two screws. After the initial elongation of the penis, additional metal bars are attached. The JES Extender should be used daily.
